We are currently working with numerous underground utility owners, in the private and public sector, locating on a daily basis a wide variety of underground utilities.

As required in most State’s Damage Prevention Law our services include:

 

  • Receiving electronically locate notification (ticket) from the one-call-center.
     

  • Tickets screening
     

  • Locate and mark the facility in less than 48 hours as requested by most states.
     

  • Provide call back to the excavator.
     

  • Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly computerized reports.
     

  • Provide damage investigation when needed.
     

  • Support customers in damage situations that require litigation.
     

  • Maintain an electronic ticket record for 5 years.
     

  • Emergency response.
